We're back!

Mama and I went to the Ardennen last weekend. Oma drove us there and due to the many traffic jams on the way, it took us over 5hrs to get there. How I love driving in the car... Mama played with me the whole time and Oma sang once in a while. The last hour was unbelievable long, though.

When we got to a house, it was dark and cold. But I was so tired that I almost didn't care and went to sleep real fast.

We were still at that house by next morning, but there were so many more faces now! Opa, little uncle and his friend, big uncle and his wife were all smiling at and played with me. I totally loved that!

But that sleep thing wasn't easy. I just can't get used to the idea to sleep during the day. I'd miss so much! And I don't care how whiny I then get. When I'm awake, people play with me...
So instead of having to go to bed, Opa went for a walk with me in the afternoon.

On the way home, we somehow managed to lose my hat. I think I was attacked by a tree, but I'm not so sure anymore... And luckily, big uncle found it later.

When we came home, little uncle, his friend and even Mama weren't there! But the ones that were, entertained me and fed me fruit sauce out of a jar.
And would you believe it, Mama kam back as well!

Next morning, we were still at the house and all these people were still there!
After breakfast, Oma, Opa, big aunt, Bob, Mama and I went for a walk. The weather wasn't as nice as the day before, but Opa was still warm and soft to snuggle up to, so I fell asleep on his back again.


Back at the house, I playedsome more with big aunt and Oma, befor we got into the car and Opa drove us to a train station. From there Mama and I went home by train.

We haven't been there in a long time.

But we haven't been alone for long either. The next grandparents showed up at our house. This time they speak Mama's language and not Papa's.

Funnily enough, they were still here this morning and played lots with me today.
